Most of our clients realize that shopping for the lowest price on a 1031 exchange is not necessarily a good idea, especially when your Qualified Intermediary is handling thousands of dollars or even millions. In other words, you wouldn’t expect to have the quality of a Mercedes by just paying for a 25 year-old used car. As with any purchase you make, you get what you pay for. With a decision as important as your real estate investments, don’t be fooled for the “One, Low Price Deal”.

Gulf Coast Exchange Services is not a low price dealer, nor are we the highest. Your exchange is not a commodity to us and we will never treat you that way. We believe that it takes a company more than just a few phone calls to handle a 1031 exchange. You are, in an essence, investing in us too. Our goal is to guide you in a caring, professional and knowledgeable way through the process. And contrary to what some believe, no two exchanges are the same. What might work for one client will not work for another.

Because of this, we spend a great deal of time consulting with our clients to see what kind of exchange will fit. We have a basic fee schedule that is used for basic exchanges. We will be more than happy to share that with you, but we feel it is more important to find out what our client NEEDS before we spout off  pricing that may not have anything to do with the exchange.

So, please give us a call. Let’s discuss your exchange. We’d be happy to give you a quote .
